Where to Find Us
As a pop-up micro bakery, we bring our fresh-baked creations directly to the community through various events and locations throughout Escanaba and the surrounding Upper Peninsula area. This allows us to maintain our artisan approach while keeping our overhead low and our products affordable.

Little Blue Bakes was founded out of a deeply personal need for truly delicious gluten-free options in the Escanaba area. After years with limited local options, our founder Jill decided to take matters into her own hands.
The goal is to bring you feel-good baked goods that are both nostalgic and new. Whether you’re dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, or simply looking for a treat that loves you back, there’s something here for you.

As a Michigan Home Bakery, our baked goods may come into contact with common allergens such as soy, wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and sesame. *Please note that we are not a certified gluten- or dairy free facility. If you have a major allergy or celiac disease, we recommend refraining from consuming our products for your safety.
Do you offer vegan options?
We always have a few vegan options on our pop-up menu.
Are your products soy-free or nut-free?
This varies depending on our menu. Often, we will offer soy-free and nut-free options.
How can I purchase from you?
